The Gainesville Fear Garden is teaming up with Camp Makerie and Makerie Workshop to bring you an all‑new Halloween journey. Inspired by our creative after‑school program, this year’s haunt transports you to the Forbidden Planet of Ooze – an interstellar world dripping with mysteries, slime and mischief. During the day we welcome families to explore, craft and play in a whimsical atmosphere; at night the planet awakens with creatures and slime monsters that will raise goosebumps (without any blood or gore). Every ticket supports our 501(c)(3) educational programs for young makers and storytellers.
Bring little explorers for hands‑on activities, food trucks, craft vendors, silent disco and build‑your‑own animatronic workshops. Perfect for ages 3 and up!
When the sun goes down, King Oob’s slimy realm comes alive. Navigate a maze of ooze‑covered monsters and frights built by our teen makers. Recommended for ages 13+.
